Background

Driving transformation through human-centered leadership

As an experienced Agile & Scrum Consultant with over 15 years in the field, I specialize in helping organizations navigate complex transformations while maintaining focus on people and sustainable change.

I'm an alumnus of the Military University of Technology, where my path started as a Software Engineer. From there I moved through engineering and leadership roles across banking, telecom, and media — Deutsche Bank, T-Mobile, Asseco, Tandem Bank, Discovery Inc., ERGO, and KMD. Alongside that, I built two startups from the inside: AgileToolbox, where I started as Scrum Master and later became co-owner, and Klub Aktywnych — a more mature venture that closed a pre-seed round with 1M PLN in outside investment. Today, as Co-Owner of Rebelsi, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation to deliver measurable business results.

What sets me apart is my pragmatic approach to Agile — focusing on practical solutions that work in real business environments, not just theoretical frameworks. I believe in human-centered leadership and continuous experimentation as the foundation for lasting organizational success.

What clients say

From the room, not a review site

I had the opportunity to work with Marcin on the Agiletoolbox project, where he was a co-founder and served as the Scrum Master. Marcin is a very good leader who knows how to balance organizational matters with a friendly team atmosphere. He has strong management skills, a solid understanding of the Scrum framework, and uses it effectively.

Head of Science & Co-founder — Co-founder and CEO of the startup

Marcin presents a true servant leadership approach, and he is most of all helpful, either it is a big problem that you are trying to solve or just a minor one — he will be there for you. He will stimulate you to believe in yourself, try new things, develop your potential and give you positive reinforcements.

Scrum Master — Agile and NVC Enthusiast

When we embarked on the agile path, we were on the lookout for a partner who could help us take that big leap. We needed someone who not only knew their stuff when it came to agility but could also speak the language of the Gamedev world. A visible result of our collaboration is the shared understanding of agility at various levels of the organization, which translates into the creation of products that our Players love.
